Qualifications and Preferred Experience:

Previous experience as a paraprofessional, behavior specialist, or related role within a school environment Strong understanding of behavioral support strategies and positive reinforcement techniques Ability to implement behavior intervention plans and collaborate closely with teachers, support staff, and families Capable of documenting student progress and responding effectively to individual needs Empathy, patience, and a motivating attitude toward student success General knowledge of special education practices is a plus

Key Responsibilities:
