Job Description

Under the supervision of CEWD Directors (Workforce & Trades Education and Customized Training), this position provides student registration, contract generation, building of classes, grading, data entry, timely reporting and assistance with class delivery. Inputs student registration information into the Ellucian College system. Maintains high standards of accuracy in exercising duties and responsibilities Takes immediate action to correct error or deficiencies that occur in paperwork for courses. Assists with internal audits in order to ensure compliance through quality record keeping Enters and maintains student grades and course completion information accurately and within established deadlines. Provides administrative support to Director(s), specifically in interfacing with instructors to create contracts, instructional contract review, data entry, attendance sheet and receipt roster review, grading, and other tasks related to inception and completion of courses. Prepares and generates contracts, training agreements, purchase orders, invoices, and related documentation as assigned. Assist with the logistical preparation and delivery of classes. Prepare class attendance rosters, instructional materials, evaluations, certificates, and other required documents. Assist instructors with classroom and training-site needs. Maintains good rapport and communication with college personnel, third party credentialing agencies, and advisory team members. Maintains open communication with the Director of CE Internal Auditing and Continuing Education Registrar. Attends routine one-on-one meetings Performs other duties as assigned Associate degree from an accredited institution Strong organizational skills with a high degree of detail orientation. Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Proficient in Microsoft Office Demonstrates excellent oral & written communication skills Ability to work with diverse populations and demonstrates strong interpersonal skills Community College experience Ellucian Colleague Experience
