Desired Skills and Experience:

Role Responsibilities:

Provide one-on-one and small group assistance to students Help manage classroom routines and reinforce positive behaviors Support students academic, emotional, and physical needs throughout the school day Work closely with the classroom teacher to adapt materials and implement lesson plans Supervise students during transitions, lunch, and recess as needed Assist with record keeping, data collection, and documentation required for student progress
