• Assist the lead teacher in implementing age-appropriate curriculum and lesson plans
• Support students in their learning journey by providing individualized attention and guidance
• Collaborate with the lead teacher to create a positive and inclusive classroom environment
• Assist with classroom management and behavior guidance
• Help prepare materials and resources for daily activities
• Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding student progress and development
• Contribute to the development of curriculum materials and educational resources ```Skills```
• Strong knowledge of literacy education principles and practices
• Experience working with students in a daycare, preschool, or similar setting
• Understanding of childhood development milestones and appropriate teaching strategies
