Key Qualifications:

Prior experience as a Paraprofessional or in a similar educational support role preferred Familiarity with classroom routines, activities, and learning support for K-12 students Strong communication skills with both students and staff Patience, empathy, and adaptability in fast-paced educational settings Ability to follow teacher instructions and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) High school diploma or GED required; relevant certifications a plus

Primary Responsibilities:
