Office Based Program Assistant - SACOT

Job Description

Summary:
The Office Based Program Assistant is part of the Substance Abuse Comprehensive Outpatient Treatment (SACOT) team that provides person-centered services addressing a breadth of beneficiary's needs, helping him or she achieve their personal goals.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Organizing, coordinating, and monitoring all non-clinical operations of the ACT or SACOT Team; Managing medical records; Operating and coordinating the management information system; Maintaining accounting and budget records for beneficiary and program expenditures; Entering and tracking team performance and beneficiary outcome data, as well as running reports on such data; Providing support to the team by receiving calls and responding to office walk-ins, triaging and coordinating communication between the team and individuals; Actively participating in the daily team meeting, assisting with organizational recordkeeping and scheduling activities; Collaborate with ACT or SACOT staff to ensure that beneficiary programs are operating as intended; Other duties as assigned.

Education/Experience High school diploma, GED, or equivalent; Minimum of one year experience in a clinical or clerical setting; A combination of education and experience may be acceptable; Required Skills/Abilities Ability to problem solve; Excellent communication and organizational skills; Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office/Google Workspace applications; Ability to empathetically interact with beneficiaries and their families; Certificates, Licenses, Registrations N/A
