Responsibilities Support lead teachers in implementing daily lesson plans and classroom activities that promote child development and engagement Supervise children during indoor and outdoor play, ensuring their safety through attentive child supervision and behavior management Assist with diapering, feeding, and other caregiving duties for infants and toddlers in accordance with health and safety standards Maintain a clean, organized classroom environment that encourages exploration and learning Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress, needs, and daily experiences while adhering to mandated reporting laws Support classroom management strategies to foster positive behavior and social skills among children Participate in ongoing training on topics such as first aid, pediatric first aid, special education practices, and childhood development Experience Previous experience working with children in daycare centers, preschools, or similar settings is preferred Knowledge of early childhood education principles, child development instruction, and classroom management techniques is highly desirable Experience working with children with disabilities or special needs is a plus Certification in first aid and CPR (or willingness to obtain upon hire) is required; pediatric first aid training is an advantage Demonstrated ability to work effectively with young children across various age groups including infants, toddlers, and preschoolers Familiarity with mandated reporting laws related to child safety and welfare Prior babysitting or caregiving experience that showcases patience, responsibility, and nurturing skills Join us to inspire young minds! Pay:
