Essential Functions Promote each child's cognitive, educational, social, cultural, physical, emotional and recreational development Establish and implement programs and activities Maintain a positive and collaborative relationship with all children and their families Follow all OCFS, CDC, and Department of Health regulations.

Educational Requirements:

High School Diploma or equivalent Physical Demands and Work Environment Employee must have the ability to effectively communicate orally and in writing Employee must have the ability to handle, manipulate, or control objects with hands and fingers Employee must have the ambulatory ability to stand, walk, sit, and reach for objects Employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 15 pounds Employee must have visual acuity, including close vision, distance vision, and the ability to adjust vision focus Employee must have the ability to focus and work efficiently in an environment with low to moderate noise level Skills and/or

Experience Required:

Experience working with young children
