REQUIRED

Monthly staff meetings and trainings are mandatory We follow all OCFS regulations and safety standards at all times If you are not dependable or struggle with attendance, this is not the right fit. What You'll Do Support daily classroom routines and activities Assist in creating & implementing lesson plans and engaging play-based learning Help meet children's physical and emotional needs (feeding, diapering, soothing, etc.) Maintain a safe, clean, and organized environment Build strong relationships with children, families, and team members Support classroom setup, cleanup, and transitions throughout the day Participate in monthly trainings and monthly team meetings What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Paid training + professional development opportunities Paid vacation time YOUR birthday celebration !
