Qualifications & Skills:

Hold a valid ODE Paraprofessional credential or certification Proven experience assisting students in school settings, especially those requiring behavioral support Strong interpersonal skills and ability to foster a positive learning experience Reliable and adaptable, comfortable working independently alongside virtual instruction

Key Responsibilities:

Facilitate the day-to-day operations of a high school classroom led virtually by a certified teacher Provide direct support and guidance to students, encouraging engagement and academic success Manage classroom behavior and implement strategies that ensure a positive and productive environment Maintain communication with teaching staff and school administration regarding student progress and ongoing needs Support the mission of the Drop Out Recovery Program to help students succeed and stay on track toward graduation

Role Details:
