The ideal candidate will support teachers in delivering engaging and effective lessons while fostering a positive learning environment for students. This role is essential in helping to facilitate curriculum development and providing assistance in various educational settings, including preschool, special education, and daycare programs. Duties Assist teachers in implementing lesson plans and classroom activities. Support students with diverse learning needs, including those with disabilities and autism. Foster a nurturing environment that promotes childhood development and social skills. Supervise students during classroom activities, ensuring safety and engagement. Collaborate with teachers to assess student progress and adapt instructional methods as needed. Maintain a clean and organized classroom space conducive to learning. Communicate effectively with students, parents, and staff regarding student needs and progress. Also ride bus to and from the center to help the children load and unload safely and efficiently. Requirements Experience or knowledge in preschool education or working with children with disabilities is preferred. Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. A passion for education and a commitment to fostering a positive learning experience for all students.
