In this contract position located near Westerville, OH, youll collaborate closely with educators and provide vital assistance to students who benefit from additional classroom support. Key Qualifications:

Holds current ODE Paraprofessional certification Experience working with high school-aged students preferred Strong communication and teamwork skills Adaptable and patient, with a positive approach to student engagement Able to maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all situations

Core Responsibilities:

Assist classroom teachers with daily instructional activities and support individualized education programs (IEPs) as needed Provide one-on-one or small group support to students, fostering academic and social growth Help implement accommodations or modifications per student plans Assist with classroom management and organization Monitor student progress, provide feedback, and maintain essential documentation Support students with daily transitions, activities, and any personal care needs required Contribute to a collaborative and respectful environment for all staff and students This contract role begins as soon as possible and runs through June 22, 2026.
