Duties Assist lead teachers in implementing lesson plans and educational activities. Provide support to children with special needs, ensuring their inclusion in classroom activities. Supervise and engage with children during playtime, ensuring safety and promoting social skills. Help maintain a clean and organized classroom environment. Support the development of children's cognitive, social, and emotional skills through interactive activities. Communicate effectively with parents regarding children's progress and any concerns. Assist in managing classroom behavior through positive reinforcement techniques. Participate in staff meetings and professional development opportunities. Qualifications Experience working with children in settings such as daycare, preschool, or as a nanny is preferred. Knowledge of early childhood education principles and practices. Familiarity with special education strategies is a plus. Strong skills in classroom management and the ability to create a supportive learning environment. Experience with infant care or toddler care is highly desirable. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. A patient, caring demeanor with a genuine love for educating young children. Ability to work collaboratively as part of an educational team.
