Compensation:

$17.20 - $21.79 - New hires will be placed at Step 1 through 9 dependent on prior contracted educational experience. Employees in qualifying positions will receive a comprehensive benefit package that includes medical, dental and vision and will receive contributions to their PERS retirement accounts. Qualifications:

Able to work with small children Proficient in elementary school level math, spelling, reading and English usage Good computer skills Assist teacher as needed / Supervision duties as needed Ability to take initiative and be self-directed Ability to conduct small reading groups under teacher direction Ability to discipline with dignity Must qualify or be able to meet standard for highly qualified para-professional

Requirements:
