Northern Lehigh School District is seeking a Paraprofessionals to provide instructional and educational support to students for the 2026-2027 school year . Position Responsibilities The successful candidate will: Work effectively with students, including students with disabilities. Provide instructional and classroom support as directed by certified staff. Demonstrate patience, adaptability, reliability, and a positive approach when working with students. Establish and maintain effective working relationships with students, staff, families, and individuals from varying backgrounds. Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills. Qualifications Highly Qualified Paraprofessional status preferred. Candidates who are not currently Highly Qualified must be willing to obtain the necessary credentials. Experience working with students with disabilities is preferred. Candidates should be patient, adaptable, reliable, and able to work effectively as part of an educational team.
