Qualifications & Desired Experience:

Experience providing support to students in a school setting Understanding of diverse learning needs and behavioral strategies Ability to form positive working relationships with students, staff, and families Strong communication and organizational skills Proactive, flexible, and solution-oriented mindset Previous paraprofessional experience preferred

Responsibilities:
