The ideal candidate enjoys working with young children and is committed to creating a safe, nurturing, and positive classroom environment rooted in Christian values. Duties Assist lead teachers with daily classroom activities and routines Help plan and facilitate age-appropriate learning activities Provide attentive care and supervision for preschool-aged children Support children's social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development Maintain a clean, organized, and safe classroom Communicate professionally and positively with parents and families Encourage kindness, respect, cooperation, and positive behavior Participate in activities that incorporate Christian values and faith-based learning Follow all center policies and procedures Work collaboratively with teachers and childcare staff Qualifications Previous experience working with preschool-aged children preferred High school diploma or equivalent Patient, dependable, and compassionate Strong communication and teamwork skills Ability to maintain a positive and professional classroom environment Commitment to providing high-quality care for children Comfortable working in a Christian, faith-based childcare environment Join us to inspire young minds daily!
