Monitor student progress and behavior, implementing behavior management strategies as necessary. Communicate effectively with parents regarding student progress and classroom activities. Participate in curriculum development and adapt lessons to meet the needs of diverse learners. Skills Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with students, parents, and colleagues. Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse group of students, including those with disabilities or special needs. Previous experience working directly with students is highly desirable.
