Job Description
Job Overview Join our vibrant early childhood education team as an Infant Assistant Teacher, where your enthusiasm and dedication will help nurture the youngest learners during their most formative years. Duties Support the implementation of developmentally appropriate curriculum tailored to infants' needs, including activities that promote cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development Assist with lesson planning. Manage classroom routines such as feeding, diapering, nap times, and sensory activities while ensuring health and safety standards are maintained Collaborate with lead teachers to develop and execute educational interventions based on student performance data analysis and classroom observations Engage in regular communication with parents and guardians to provide updates on child progress and address any concerns. Experience Prior experience working with children in childcare settings. Demonstrated knowledge of childhood development principles, literacy education, math fundamentals for young learners, and physical education activities suitable for infants.
