Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Full-Time Teacher Aide to join our vibrant educational team. In this role, you will provide essential support to lead teachers and assist in creating a nurturing, engaging, and inclusive learning environment for young children. Responsibilities Assist lead teachers with lesson planning and implementing curriculum activities aligned with educational standards, including literacy, math, and early childhood education principles Support classroom management efforts by helping maintain a structured, safe, and respectful environment for all students Engage with children during activities, providing individualized attention to support their developmental needs and behavioral management Help facilitate communication between teachers, students, and parents to ensure a cohesive educational experience Support classroom organization by preparing materials, setting up learning stations, and maintaining cleanliness and safety standards Assist with behavior management strategies to promote positive social interactions and emotional growth among students Collaborate with teaching staff on curriculum development efforts tailored for diverse learners, including those with disabilities or special needs such as autism or other developmental challenges Skills Strong understanding of childhood development theories and early childhood education best practices Experience working with children in daycare, preschool, or private school environments Knowledge of special education techniques, behavior management strategies, and classroom management assistance Proficiency in lesson planning across core subjects like literacy education, math, and preschool teaching methods such as Montessori or Toddler care approaches Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with teachers, parents, and students of varying abilities Ability to adapt quickly to different classroom settings and support diverse learning needs Technical proficiency in educational tools and classroom technology systems used for curriculum delivery and student engagement Join us in shaping bright futures!
