Qualifications and Experience:

Previous experience as a paraprofessional or in a similar support role preferred Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with educators and students Compassionate, patient, and adaptable, with a desire to help children succeed High school diploma or equivalent required; additional training in education or special education is a plus Ability to maintain confidentiality, composure, and professionalism in a school environment

Responsibilities:
