Desired Skills and Background:

Experience working with children, particularly in special education or behavioral support roles Ability to remain calm, patient, and compassionate when managing challenging behaviors Strong communication and teamwork skills for working effectively with educators and students alike Willingness to engage in physical activities and support students daily routines High school diploma or equivalent required; additional training or paraprofessional certification is a plus

Key Responsibilities:
