• Experience working with children
• Knowledge of first aid procedures
• Familiarity with preschool curriculum and caregiving practices
• Ability to assist in classroom management
• Understanding of childcare principles and early childhood education
• Capability to educate and engage students effectively
• Experience in infant care, nannying, or related fields
