Toddler Classroom Assistant Are you looking for work that actually means something? Let Them Grow Montessori is hiring a Toddler classroom assistant for the 2026-2027 school year in Payson, UT. We're a Montessori school — not a daycare — during class, students are engaged in hands-on learning activities curated for their developmental needs. You will be actively guiding children as they develop independence in caring for themselves and the classroom, modeling conflict resolution with other children, and supporting regulation during tough moments. No prior Montessori experience required. We'll teach you the method — you bring the mindset. A genuine curiosity about child development and a willingness to engage deeply with what we do here is essential. This position is available Part-time (M/W/F 9:30 AM-3:30 PM and T/TH 9:30 AM-12:30 PM). Position Details Part-time (24 hrs/week minimum)
