Requirements:

Must be at least 18 years old Strong work ethic and dependable attendance Reliable, enthusiastic, energetic, and healthy Patient and caring with young children Enjoy talking, playing, and interacting with children throughout the day Able to follow directions, schedules, and center policies Willing to follow all Virginia Department of Education (VDOE) regulations and center procedures Must understand or be willing to learn CLASS objectives and implement age-appropriate lessons using provided training and materials Comfortable changing diapers and assisting with normal infant/toddler care routines Willing to complete 24 hours of required online training within the designated timeframe

Schedule:

Monday through Friday Hours scheduled between 7:00 AM and 6:00

PM Additional Requirements:

Ability to pass a fingerprint background check Ability to pass a DSS background check Reliable transportation, including during inclement weather (we do not close according to the public school schedule) Able to work without a cell phone
