We're seeking skilled paraprofessionals for multiple full-time roleshelp make a difference in the lives of students across various grade levels for the full 2026-2027 school year (with an ASAP start). Positions are available to support a first-grade student 1:1, a seventh-grade student 1:1, and a small group of high school learners. Ideal candidates will have a passion for education and a commitment to helping students thrive academically and emotionally. Qualifications & Experience:

Previous experience as a paraprofessional or in a similar school-based support role preferred Ability to build connections and support students with diverse learning needs Strong communication skills to collaborate with teachers, students, and families Patience, flexibility, and a nurturing attitude Comfortable working in both 1:1 and small group settings Willingness to commit to a full academic year

Key Responsibilities:

Provide direct, individualized support to studentseither 1:1 or within a small group Assist with classroom tasks, ensuring students stay engaged and on track Implement strategies prescribed by classroom teachers and support staff Monitor student progress and adapt assistance as needed Foster a positive, inclusive classroom environment
