Qualifications and Background:

Prior experience as a paraprofessional in schools, preferably at the high school level Understanding of classroom protocols and educational best practices Strong organizational and communication skills Patience, adaptability, and a collaborative approach to working alongside teachers and support staff Commitment to creating a safe and encouraging space for all learners Ability to work the full 37.5 hours each week during school hours

Role Overview and Responsibilities:
