We are currently looking for one full-time employee (32+ hours per week) to work 8AM - 5PM, Monday - Friday. We are also in need of a part-time employee to work afternoons, 2:30 or 3PM until we close at 5:30PM. We are located in Weston, WI.

Responsibilities:

Assist classroom teachers in supervision and management of a group of children Interact with and encourage children in daily activities Assist in preparing and serving meals, promote learning by sitting and talking with children during mealtimes Help with general housekeeping tasks around the center Attend required staff meetings and continuing education trainings Help build a supportive and caring team, by being flexible, responsible, helpful, and kind

Recommended Qualifications:

Knowledge of behavior management techniques and strategies Strong communication skills Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for working with children On the job training is available!
