Overview
Over 18 years of age
Available until 6:00 p.m. Monday
Friday Possess the ability to work with coworkers to effectively engage in a classroom to promote positive behavior and implement preplanned developmentally appropriate learning opportunities
Have an active WVSTARS account, or be willing to obtain one and be responsible for taking required CEU's in the field
Willing to attend classes in Child Development as are appropriate to the position Duties
Work with co-workers to provide a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow
Foster social emotional, physical, and cognitive development by interacting and engaging in play-based learning opportunities
Maintain open and effective communication with coworkers, parents and guardians
Ensure the classroom is clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies when closed down properly at the end of each day We offer competitive compensation based on experience and qualifications.

Assist with classroom organization, including setting up learning stations and maintaining a clean, safe environment. Communicate effectively with children, parents, and staff to support child welfare and foster collaborative relationships. Help facilitate physical activities and promote healthy development through engaging with the children in physical education activities.
