We are currently seeking experienced and passionate tutors to join our team in providing high-quality educational support to students in grades K-6th. As a tutor, you will be responsible for creating and implementing lesson plans that cater to the individual needs of each student, providing regular progress reports, and helping students achieve academic success.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement lesson plans that align with student needs and goals Communicate regularly with students and their parents/guardians regarding progress Provide a safe and positive learning environment Help students complete homework and prepare for exams. Monitor student progress and make adjustments to lesson plans as necessary

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent Must be a certified teacher in elementary education/reading OR hold a relevant degree (Education, English) Science of Reading Certification Experience tutoring in the areas of K-6th grade subjects Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to develop individualized lesson plans and implement them effectively Demonstrated passion for education and helping students succeed This is a part-time position with a flexible schedule, and compensation will be based on experience and qualifications.
