Position Overview Club Z! Tutoring of South Orange County is seeking a credentialed, compassionate educator to provide dedicated one-on-one, in-person tutoring for a 5th-grade student . The primary focus will be English Language Arts (ELA), alongside support in Math. The ideal candidate has specialized experience working with neurodivergent learners, specifically students with ADHD and Level 1 (moderate) Autism Spectrum Disorder.

Student Schedule & Hours Primary Schedule:

2-hour session every Saturday morning (between 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM).

Start date:

Sat 10/17

Potential Expansion:

Option to add a secondary 1-hour session on Thursday or Friday evening.

Key Qualifications Teaching Credential:

Active California Teaching Credential with strong familiarity with 5th-grade curriculum and learning standards.

Specialized Experience:

Proven track record in one-on-one instruction with neurodivergent students (ADHD, Autism Spectrum).

Subject Mastery:

Relevant degree or formal education demonstrating deep knowledge in ELA and foundational math.

Soft Skills:

Exceptional patience, empathy, and the ability to adapt teaching strategies to motivate and inspire unique learning styles.

Communication:

Strong verbal and written communication skills for parent updates and student feedback.
