What You'll Do Provide one-on-one tutoring in-home Personalize each session to the student's needs, pace, and goals Build confidence and strong study habits, not just better grades Keep simple session notes and communicate progress What We're Looking For Strong knowledge of your subject area(s) Patience, reliability, and genuine care for students Great communication with students and parents Previous tutoring, teaching, or mentoring experience is a plus (not required) Must pass a background check Bachelor's degree Why Tutor With Elite Flexible schedule — you set your own hours and availability Choose your subjects, grade levels, and how far you'll travel We handle the client matching, scheduling support, and billing — you focus on teaching Supportive team and steady stream of local and online students Competitive pay: $40
