AR specializes in test preparation, as well as academic subject tutoring for middle school, high school, college, and graduate students.

POSITION

1-on-1 Academic Economics Tutoring (Part Time)

COMPENSATION

We start at anywhere in the range from $25

• 35 per hour depending on experience.

JOB DESCRIPTION AND FUNCTIONS

• 1-on-1 economics tutoring for high school level students (regular and AP level)
• Sessions are usually booked in 1 hour blocks with each tutor and student getting their own private room.
• Tutor is a coach and mentor, not just someone who will go through each of the questions with a student.
• Tutor will provide regular progress updates for students.

QUALIFICATIONS

:

Required:

• Passion for teaching and working with students
• Strong interpersonal skills that will help create a safe and fun environment for students (charisma, warmth, relatability, positivity, etc.)
• Strong background in relevant fields
• Punctual and reliable transportation Desired/Strongly preferred:
• Prior teaching/tutoring experience
• Advanced knowledge in relevant fields
