Your Impact (The Role): As a Special Education Tutor, you will meet students 1:1 in their homes to provide tailored academic instruction, daily activity support, and morale-boosting mentorship.

Your daily success looks like:

Delivering engaging, interactive 1:1 sessions tailored to each student's unique learning style. Reviewing and adapting materials to align with the student's Individualized Education Plan (IEP). Tracking milestones and adjusting your teaching methods to celebrate their progress. Partnering and communicating with parents or guardians to ensure a cohesive, supportive learning journey. Fostering a safe, inclusive, and fun space for emotional and academic growth.

Who We Are Looking For:

We welcome diverse backgrounds, but our ideal candidate meets the following:

Education:

Currently enrolled in college, or holds an AA, BA, or higher degree.

Experience:

Prior experience working with individuals with special needs or IEP accommodations is highly preferred (but a heart for service and patience is mandatory!).

Mindset:

Ability to make learning fun, interactive, and entirely student-focused.

Logistics:
