  • $100 an hour 3 hours ago Qualifications RBT Certification Experience working with individuals with neurodevelopmental disorders Experience teaching math Basic math Numeracy Board Certified Behavior Analyst Full Job Description We are looking for a patient, respectful, compassionate, and dependable RBT or BCBA to provide one-on-one, in-person support to a young adult with autism in Temecula, CA .
The primary focus will be on building foundational academic and functional learning skills , including: Letters and letter recognition Numbers and basic math Reading and comprehension Writing and handwriting Following directions and completing tasks Other individualized academic and life skills based on the individual's needs and interests The ideal candidate will have experience working with individuals with autism and be able to provide instruction in a positive, respectful, and encouraging manner . We are looking for someone who is patient, understands that every individual learns differently, and can adapt activities and teaching methods to the learner's pace and abilities.

Competitive and based on qualifications and experience
Payment:
Services will be paid through a third-party Financial Management Service (FMS) This is an opportunity to provide meaningful, individualized support while helping a young adult build greater academic confidence, independence, and functional skills .
