The family is asking for a tutor who has experience working with autistic students. The student is in 6th grade doing homeschooling. Mom would like the tutor to guide her son through the lessons and be in-person with him to assist. The goal is for the student to get good grades in his classes and understand what he is learning. The family is seeking either 2 hour sessions once a week, between 9am-2pm, any day Monday through Friday. The family is seeking a tutor who can meet at their home in Fort Collins next to the northern side of Warren Lake and Warren Park. Qualifications Ideal candidates will have experience teaching/tutoring upper elementary students. Ideal candidates will have experience teaching/tutoring all elementary subjects. Ideal candidates will have experience working with students with autism. Ideal candidates will have a teaching certification. You are willing to travel within your preferred local radius to meet the student (typically 5-10 miles). Due to insurance requirements, applicants must not be a minor.
