Provide One-on-One and Small Group Support:

Offer targeted tutoring sessions in core subjects to help students understand and master grade-level content.

Monitor Academic Progress:

Regularly review and track students' work, grades, and progress to ensure they are on the right path.

Track Student Behavior and Engagement:

Observe and document students' behavior, engagement, and participation during sessions to identify areas for improvement.

Maintain Session Notes:

Keep detailed notes of each tutoring session, including student progress, challenges faced, and strategies used. Communicate with

Teachers and Parents:

Collaborate with school staff and parents to share updates on student progress and to align on academic goals.

Adapt Teaching Methods:
