Tallahassee, FL Job Details Part-time $17 - $19 an hour 1 day ago Qualifications Educational support mentoring Teaching Certification Tutoring Special education Education Bachelor's degree Working with students Full Job Description Tutors for Tally is a local tutoring company that provides 1:1 tutoring services to students of all ages and ability levels. We are currently looking for bright, charismatic tutors with a passion for helping and mentoring students in the Tallahassee area. Candidates will only be considered for this role if their resume shows a proven track record of providing reading instruction to students for a minimum of 1 year. Candidates with a teaching certification, education degree, and/or ESE experience will be given priority. The schedule is flexible with afternoons, evenings, and weekend opportunities. A minimum of 8 hours a week is required.
• Pay is based on experience and number of hours worked per week.
• Key job duties include: 1.) Provide 1:1 tutoring for students. 2.) Communicate with parents about students' performance and mastery. 3.) Maintain professionalism in communication and dress attire. 4.) Collaborate with staff in regards to student needs.
