Job Overview Join our dynamic team as a Front Desk Secretary at our esteemed tutoring center, where your energetic and organized approach will be the first point of contact for students, parents, and visitors. Responsibilities Greet students, parents, and visitors warmly, providing exceptional customer support and assistance. Answer multi-line phone systems promptly using proper phone etiquette; direct calls efficiently to the appropriate staff members. Manage front desk operations including scheduling appointments, maintaining calendars, and organizing student sessions. Handle clerical tasks such as data entry, word processing, proofreading documents, and maintaining accurate records. Assist with office management duties like organizing supplies, managing incoming correspondence, and ensuring the reception area remains professional and inviting. Support client communication by responding to inquiries via email or phone and providing information about programs and services. Utilize Microsoft Office applications to prepare reports, update schedules, and perform general administrative functions with high accuracy. Experience Previous office experience or administrative support roles in educational or customer service environments preferred. Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a busy setting. Demonstrated experience in phone answering, multi-line phone systems, and phone reception best practices. Bilingual abilities are highly valued to assist diverse client needs smoothly. Proven clerical skills including typing, proofreading, calendar management, and time management. Customer service experience that highlights professionalism, patience, and clear communication skills. Pay:
$18.00 - $23.00 per hour Expected hours: 30.0 - 40.0 per week
