Job Description
Overview Facilitates small group tutoring with students ranging from kindergarten through high school in a variety of subject areas. Assist with homework and provide additional resources to increase academic skills. Responsibilities Plan and implement quality small group tutoring. Track and report progress of all members to supervisor. Encourage a positive environment for all individuals to learn, interact, and grow. Submit all required reports on time and in good order. Build positive relationships with youth, and parents. Attend mandatory staff meetings and training sessions. Assume other duties as assigned. Skills Needed Proficient in Microsoft Excel. Ability and knowledge to teach language arts, mathematics, and other topics. Requirements Bachelor's degree and teaching certificate required.
