Job Description
Header- Tutors Needed Overview Join our dynamic educational team as a School Tutor specializing in supporting athletes and STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) students. Your role will be vital in preparing students for academic challenges, standardized tests, and future careers in science and technology. Responsibilities Deliver engaging, personalized tutoring sessions for students focusing on STEM disciplines such as chemistry, physics, biology, mathematics, computer science, and engineering topics. Support students with test preparation strategies for exams such as SATs, ACTs, AP tests, and other standardized assessments. Maintain detailed records of student progress, session outcomes, and areas needing further development to inform ongoing instruction and reporting. Qualifications Proven experience in tutoring or teaching mathematics (including algebra, geometry, and calculus), science (biology and chemistry ), or related STEM fields. Familiarity with learning technology platforms and digital tools used for online instruction and interactive learning experiences. Demonstrated ability to work effectively with teenagers and children while managing classroom or virtual classroom environments confidently. Excellent communication skills combined with patience and adaptability to meet individual student needs. Middle and High School opportunities available Mon- Friday 2:30pm-5:00pm shifts available Saturday 9:00am-12:00pm shifts available

Flexible Schedules Available Pay:
$24.00 per hour Expected hours: 4.0 - 20.0 per week
