8/18/2026; Temporary Part Time No Benefits 19 hours or less per week

General Definition of Work:

Parent Involvement Coordinator will promote and nurture partnerships between the school and its parents and students for the purpose of increasing attendance rates and strengthening parent relationships between the students, the school, and the community.

Essential Duties and Knowledge:

Plan and conduct parent involvement meetings Plan and execute parent involvement workshops and trainings to strengthen parent student engagement and support Create and implement a positive reward system for parents who are involved with school and working towards the achievement of its attendance and parent participation goals Coordinate with registrar to make contact with families of absent students needing assistance Coordinate with school counselor for services. Interpretation and Translation Services.

Skills/Qualifications:

Experience working/volunteering in a school environment Ability to work with little supervision Effective verbal and written communication skills Demonstrated ability to establish relationships within community
