What You'll Do As an Educational Tutor at Dynamik Learning, you will: Provide high-quality one-on-one and small group tutoring sessions across core subjects including Mathematics, Science, English Language Arts, and test preparation (SAT and beyond) Design customized, standards-aligned lesson plans tailored to each student's individual needs and learning style Utilize innovative learning technology and digital resources to enhance student engagement and understanding Continuously assess student progress and adjust instructional strategies to maximize growth and outcomes Support students with diverse learning needs by applying flexible, adaptive teaching approaches Create a positive, encouraging, and structured learning environment that motivates students to participate and excel Collaborate with parents, teachers, and school staff to track progress, communicate updates, and set meaningful, achievable goals for every student What We're Looking For The ideal candidate brings: Proven experience in tutoring or teaching, particularly in Math, Science, or English Language Arts Strong knowledge of curriculum development and lesson planning Familiarity with digital learning platforms and online instruction tools Excellent communication skills and the ability to connect with students from diverse cultural and academic backgrounds A demonstrated ability to adapt instruction based on individual student needs and learning styles Experience working with children, students with special education needs, or adult learners (highly desirable) Strong classroom management skills paired with patience, enthusiasm, and a genuine passion for education Prior preschool or childcare experience is a plus, but not required Why Dynamik Learning?
