Ivy Test Prep, a premier tutoring and test prep company, is currently seeking knowledgeable and reliable English and Math instructors to prepare high school students SAT and ACT exams.

Responsibilities:

• Instruct students in an individual and/or group setting
• Provide one-on-one tutoring sessions to students in various subjects English or Math
• Assess students' strengths and weaknesses to create personalized learning plans.
• Help students understand and apply concepts through interactive teaching methods.
• Assist students with homework assignments and exam preparation.
• Monitor student progress and provide feedback to parents or guardians.

Skills:

• Strong knowledge and expertise in the subjects mentioned above. Previous teaching/tutoring experience is important.
• Ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to students of different ages and skill levels.
• Patience and understanding to work with students who may be struggling or have different learning styles.
• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
• Experience working with children and understanding their unique educational needs and test prep skills.
• Proficient in using technology and computerized learning tools.
