Position Overview We are looking for an enthusiastic, dedicated Part-Time Math Tutor to guide young learners through the S.A.M. curriculum. If you love math, enjoy coaching children, and want to teach using proven conceptual visual models (Concrete-Pictorial-Abstract approach), this role is perfect for you. Key Responsibilities Teach and mentor small groups of students in foundational and advanced Singapore Math concepts. Guide students through problem-solving techniques using heuristics, bar modeling, and hands-on manipulatives. Monitor individual progress, assess learning styles, and provide constructive feedback to students. Maintain an encouraging, distraction-free, and positive classroom dynamic. Communicate student achievements and areas for improvement with center directors and parents as needed. Qualifications & Skills Strong proficiency in elementary and middle school mathematics. Prior experience in tutoring, teaching, or working with K-8 students preferred. Passion for education and patience in working with young learners. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
