Job Summary PALS Learning Center in Edison & South Plainfield is seeking a tutor/instructor for younger children, KG to 6th Grade. This is a long-term part-time position that provides a great opportunity to grow with a leading institution. Responsibilities and Duties

• have a strong background in tutoring in English / Reading & Writing (Grade 3 to 8) and Math at the elementary level (K to 5)
• Must be strong in phonics to teach younger children
• Teaching experience in school is a plus.

• Should be compassionate and caring to young children in K to 5th Grade
• Be available to work week days evening. Weekends are optional.
• Be engaging with children from grades K-5th and be able to teach concepts
• Must enjoy working with kids
• Be creative and have a genuine interest in helping kids succeed.
• Be polite, positive, and encouraging with all students.
