Full-Time Tutor, assigned to Nordonia Hills City Schools
Term:
6-8 weeks
Focus:
Academic Support
Position Summary:
We are seeking a dependable and supportive Academic Tutor to provide individualized and/or small-group academic assistance to students during a 6-8 week assignment.
Responsibilities:
Provide academic support and assistance with assignments and coursework.
Reinforce classroom instruction and skills.
Help students develop effective study and learning strategies.
Monitor student progress and communicate with school staff as needed.
Maintain a positive and encouraging learning environment.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Experience working with school-age students preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build positive relationships with students.
Salary:
Salary schedule placement commensurate with experience and training.
