Tutor - Writing Center

Job Description

The central role of a Writing Center Tutor is to provide academic support for students as they complete writing tasks. Our tutors play an essential role with our student success by helping students learn and understand new concepts and complete assignments.
Location of Work:
Stark State, North Canton and Akron locations. Some availability for online tutoring exists as well.
Pay:
$15.26 to $20.59, commensurate with experience.
Typical Hours of Work:
(varies based upon availability) The Writing Center takes appointments online and in person 7 days a week from 9am-11pm. In person, the Writing Center is open 9am-5pm Mon-Thu and 10am-4pm on Fridays. Scheduled shifts are dependent on employee availability.

Considered You'll Need:
