Job Description

The West Chester Area School District has anticipated Homebound, 504 or Instruction in the Home Tutoring positions (certification requirement

• appropriate valid PA certification):
  Homebound, 504 or Instruction in the Home Tutoring
• Internal Only
• Tutors must be certified teachers who are familiar with the curriculum.

Sessions will be with individual students who are unable to attend school for longer absences.

Tutoring sessions will either be in-person at the student's home or virtual on zoom.

Hours may be during the contracted day when the class is not present (lunch or prep) or outside the contracted day. Tutoring may not occur at the beginning or end of the teacher day.

Rate of pay will be per board policy for up to 5 hours per week, for up to a 6-week timeframe.
