Job Description

Part-Time Learning Coach — Delaware County, PA Seeking a patient, dependable learning coach to support a fifth-grade student with daily schoolwork, organization, and confidence. In-person support in the home; may include helping with online school.
Schedule:
Monday-Friday, approximately 4 hours daily / 20 hours weekly. Exact hours based on school schedule. Hours between 8:00 AM - 2:00 PM. Ideally from 9-1 or 10-2
Pay:
$25-$35/hour, depending on experience.
Responsibilities:
Keep the student engaged and on track with lessons and assignments. Provide math, reading, and writing support. Break tasks into manageable steps and use checklists, encouragement, and movement breaks. Build organization, time management, and independent learning skills. Provide brief daily updates to the parent.
Qualifications:
Experience teaching, tutoring, or supporting elementary students. Experience with ADHD, learning differences, and IEP accommodations preferred. Calm, encouraging approach and reliable attendance. Comfortable using online learning platforms. References, background screening, and applicable child-safety clearances required.
