We specialize in providing personalized, one-on-one tutoring by matching students with tutors based on their academic needs, personality, location, and subject expertise. We are currently looking for reliable, knowledgeable, and personable tutors to work with K-12 students throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth area. We are hiring tutors for all major subject areas , including: Elementary education Reading and writing English / Language Arts Math Algebra Geometry Pre-Calculus Calculus Biology Chemistry Physics History and Social Studies Spanish and other languages SAT/ACT preparation Study skills and organization Tutors generally work with students using their existing school curriculum and assignments while helping reinforce concepts, improve study habits, build confidence, and strengthen academic performance.

Tutor, you will: Provide one-on-one, in-person tutoring in the student's home Help students understand and reinforce classroom concepts Assist with homework, assignments, projects, and test preparation Identify areas where students may need additional support Adapt your tutoring approach to each student's individual learning style Help students improve study skills, organization, confidence, and academic independence Communicate professionally with students, parents, and Club Z! staff Arrive prepared and on time for scheduled tutoring sessions Maintain consistent attendance and reliability with assigned students Provide feedback regarding student progress when requested Qualifications Preferred candidates will have: Bachelor's degree, teaching certification, or current enrollment in a college/university program with strong academic qualifications Strong knowledge of the subject(s) you wish to tutor Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to explain concepts clearly and patiently A friendly, positive, and professional personality Strong reliability and time-management skills Ability to work independently Reliable transportation to travel to students' homes Prior tutoring or teaching experience is preferred but not required for candidates with strong subject knowledge and communication skills. Most tutoring sessions take place after school, during evenings, and on weekends , depending on student needs and tutor availability. Tutors are able to provide their availability and are matched with students accordingly. Compensation $22.00-$30.00 per hour Compensation may vary based on subject, grade level, experience, and tutoring assignment.
